Service Overview
Perdido Paradise Living provides recurring commercial cleaning, vacation rental turnover support, office cleaning, facility care, and property presentation services informed by years of experience maintaining coastal condominium properties from Orange Beach to Navarre. We bring those same standards of consistency, detail, and presentation into every client relationship, delivering clean, well maintained spaces that reflect the polished atmosphere of the Emerald Coast.
Scope of work.
Perdido Paradise Living will build a client-specific service plan to maintain a clean, professional, guest-ready, and healthy environment for daily operations, owner expectations, employees, visitors, and guests.
Each client proposal should confirm the details below before service begins. These items allow us to quote accurately, schedule correctly, assign the right team, and document the standard for future inspections.
Client details
Client name, business or property name, billing contact, onsite contact, phone, email, service address, parking, gate or door access, alarm instructions, and preferred communication method.
Service plan
Property type, square footage or unit count, requested service days, service window, frequency, priority areas, restocking needs, laundry needs, and any special surfaces or products to avoid.
Quote details
Monthly or per-turnover rate, included labor and supplies, items quoted separately, start date, cancellation terms, inspection expectations, and approval for any added work outside the agreed scope.

Pricing is calculated based on the property type, facility size, service frequency, use level, access requirements, supply needs, and final approved scope.
The approved rate includes standard labor, equipment, and routine cleaning supplies necessary to perform the agreed service. Deep cleaning, specialty floor care, emergency service, laundry, restocking beyond standard expectations, unusual access requirements, and scope expansion are quoted separately unless specifically included in writing.
Note: This document represents a client-ready service overview. A final proposal may include the client name, service address, agreed scope of work, service frequency, pricing, start date, access notes, quality assurance standards, and any supplemental operating instructions needed for that specific client.
